Well it is 2 1/2 hours until the new year is here. Happy New Year! I am going to bed. Yes, I am a party Pooper! I will dream about the fun I should be having.

Today Nora and I went to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. We really liked it. It was very different. Who lays awake at night and thinks of all these crazy stories? THE VERY RICH, thats who! Brad Pitt must have been in makeup for hours before filming each day, it is amazing! By the end of the movie Brad Pitt was oh so cute!

I just read on my useless facts that our heart beats 40 million times a year. I bet mine only beats 35 million times because Lee is constantly making my heart skip a beat!

I was helping Jessica get Carlee ready for Christmas Eve, I put these tights on her and thought they were so adorable on her with all the cute ruffles that I had to take a picture of her on her way to destruction!

Carlee couldn't wait for Christmas, she was trying to open Uncle Nathans gift and she did a very good job of it!
I do believe she is the prettiest baby ever!!

To the right you can see my cute Nathan, he HATES his picture taken but he didn't realize I got him in the picture. If I try to take his picture I think he almost tries to attack me. I told him if I were as cute as he was I would want everyone to take my picture!

Merry Christmas!

We had a wonderful Christmas, we all had a good time together. Here are a few of our pictures that were taken today.

These are two of my favorite ornaments. Derek is 26 years old, this picture was taken of him in the church nursery when he was 2 almost 3. His nursery leader took the picture and made the ornament so he could give it to us on Christmas. So when Courtney was 2 I made one of her so we could hang them next to each other on our tree. Every year we hang them in the same place. I love these pictures! You can tell they are father and daughter can't you! Adorable!!!

It's never too early to start piano lessons

Since today is the first day of winter Courtney and I decided we needed to have a fire. Last night Courtney and I were talking about our nativity peices. I was asking her who all the different people were, when I pointed to the Three wise men, she said, those are the slaves! Where in the world did that come from?!!! She keeps us laughing.

This is the SWEET reason the bottom of our Christmas tree isn't decorated!

Courtney is spending the night with us tonight because her Mommy and Daddy has a work Christmas party to go to. This is her Christmas dress, and it fits! No more mini skirts. (In the picture where Courtney is sticking her tongue out she asked me if I could fix that picture and put her tongue back in her mouth! She is so funny!)

Happy Birthday to Jarrad! He turned 31 today and I even got to see him. He was on this side of town with his work so he came to see me, I love visiting with him. He is a great son and I am very proud of him. I have been a Mom for 31 years! Wow!! And I have loved every day of it, well, except a few of those teenage year days!

Courtney found Carlee's Christmas dress this morning. She loves to dress up in her cloths even though they are 9 month old clothes and Courtney wears a size 4. Carlee wore her dress to church yesterday, it was terrible, we all looked like we had white cat hair all over our cloths from her santa fur!

We went to our Stake Christmas Musical tonight. It was very good. We have a lot of great talent in our stake. My favorite was Mary's Lullaby, it was so sweet.

Bah Hum Bug!

My friend and I went to see The Christmas Carol lastnight at Hales theater in Gilbert. It was so good! I recommend it, but I think they are actually sold out for the rest of the season. We really enjoyed it, it was so much fun. Thats a good way to get in the Christmas spirit.

I love taking pictures but I especially like taking pictures at Christmas time.

Merry Christmas to Tommy!

My sister is getting a new piano so since Tommy loves to play the piano she gave her piano to him. He was one happy man! While he was gone today we moved it in so it would be a surprise when he got home.

Courtney came over today to help me decorate the Christmas tree. This is the ornament we bought when she was 4 months old for her first Christmas. She didn't last long helping me decorate the tree because she saw the Fisher Price nativity which she loves to play with. She put two nativitys together and said, "these two Jesus's are playing together because they are friends" Isn't that sweet! Our tree looks terrible in this picture, but actually it is cute. It looks like we have a rectangle tree!
