Courtney and the donkey
Courtney loves to go over to my sisters house to see all of her goats and her donkey. (she told me she had to pose first) Courtney comes up with the funniest things to say. Yesterday when we went to the library I told her we would walk over to the lake to see it but I told her she was not aloud to run, she said, okay grandma I will just speed walk!
I think we need a professional
This was so hilarious! Several months ago I saw a really neat picture with 4 generations of a Great Grandma, Grandma, mom and babies hands, so I thought ok I am going to try this on my own, well as you can see it didn't work out too well. But we all had a good laugh out of it, well I don't think Carlee liked it or thought it was as funny as we did.

Courtney's Bear
Courtney came over today to spend the night. I took her to the library and then she got to go to the BIG park (is what she calls it) in our neighborhood so she had a long day, and was very tired. So night time comes and she realizes she doesn't have her BEAR!!!!!!!!!!!! What a DILEMA!!! I say to her Courtney go pick out one of grandmas bears and you can sleep with him. She says, NO, your bears don't smell dirty like my bear and your bears don't have wings. We went through this ordeal for about an hour before we called Derek and said, come and get her! When her bear got so discusting about a year and a half ago they bought her the exact same bear but she will not have one thing to do with it because it doesn't SMELL right! We have had to trim her bears wings because he is so worn out but he is the best bear in the world to her. Thats OK I will get to sleep in later tomorrow morning! Unless I have nightmares about smelly bears.

Any Jobs out there?
Nathan was laid off yesterday. He has been with the company for over 7 years. There just isn't enough black top being ordered. He ran the machinery that makes black top. Is any one hiring???????????????
I am finding myself not posting as much since I have gotten myself addicted to Facebook. Its been a busy week. Dad is home from the hospital and is improving, he got into his wheelchair today all by himself. We had a caregiver come in today so we could go to Peggys and pick up the car. Mom went with us to say her goodbyes to Peggy. She leaves in the morning to go back home to Canada. She is a lot of fun to have around. Peggy plans to be back next January for another 3 months.

She is pretty good for a youngun! When Jessica was born, my parents gave me these earrings that I am wearing. There are 3 pearls, representing my 3 boys and they have a diamond in the middle representing my only girl Jessica.

Another cute story
Jessica babysat Courtney a couple of weekends ago. Courtney said to Jessica, I want to cook something. Jessica said, what would you like to make? Well, I need an egg. Jessica said, oh Courtney that will make a big mess! Courtney said, I will let you HATCH it!
I hope I can retell this story as cute as it really was in person
Derek and Courtney(4 years old) have the cutest relationship! Courtney walks into the front room today with a blanket that belonged to Derek when he was a baby, I still have it and of course Courtney loves it and Derek continually teases her about it saying its his and he wants it and she doesn't want to give it up. So here goes the conversation:

Having some fun in Walgreens
I really like taking Carlee into stores because I can find a lot of fun and cute props for some cute pictures. I use my cell phone to take the pictures. Today I finally learned how to transfer them to the computer.

Mom turns 85 (oops! the date is totally wrong on this picture, Lee forgot to set the date after charging the battery
Tommorrow mom will be 85 years old. I made her a cookie bouquet and took it over to her today. I have some better ideas for my next one, this was the first one I have ever made. Happy Birthday Mom, I love you so so so much!

You may notice that there is not a lot of pictures of Tommy with Jesscia and Carlee's pictures, Why? Tommy works a lot of overtime and he is in school, taking 3 classes. So that is where Tommy is, he is still in our lives. I don't know how he does it, I guess when I was 25 I had that energy too. No, I don't think I did! Well. maybe I did, I was keeping care of 3 little boys at that age. Tommy will be back in our pictures in 3 or 4 years and oh so smart and educated!!! We miss you Tommy, see you at your graduation!
